How to best assist our students given the challenges and shifting realities in Honduras continues to be a constant discussion between the Board of Directors and shelter Administrators. One idea that surged and was most welcome by all was the offering of English classes via Zoom. A bilingual fellow Honduran, who resides in Spain, wants to give back to her home country. She is committed to work with us on this. She is offering classes three times a week to 28 of our students. We are grateful for this provision and look forward to improving on this opportunity next school year.
