Meet Abish Umanzor

Hello, God bless you, it is a pleasure and a privilege to greet you, wishing you success in everything you do.

My name is Sariah Abish Cruz Umanzor. I go to the Osman Hope Jesus Rivera shelter. I am 11 years old. My birthday is July 10. I study in the fifth grade at my beautiful Esperanza school. My favorite subject is Spanish.

My favorite hobby is spending time with my mom. I enjoy doing homework and studying a lot. We are seven siblings and I am the youngest in my family. I live with my mother and my sister. My father passed away when I was five years old.

My dream is to study and graduate as a doctor and thus be able to help numerous people who are sick, as well as be an economic support for my mother.

I feel very proud and happy to belong to the Osman Hope shelter. For 3 years I have been blessed with the academic, spiritual, emotional and nutritional support that has been a sustenance for my body. In the shelter I have had the necessary support to carry out my academic tasks since I like to be responsible and punctual with my homework. They teach me the word of God and good manners. I also have fun playing with my friends. I enjoy the food they make us with love.

My family and I are very grateful for the opportunity we have to be a part of such a valued organization. I send them a big hug, my prayers for each one of the administrative staff and sponsors of Osman Hope who with much love are interested and show solidarity with those most in need. Thank you for all your unconditional support.
